Shipping

We deliver to all 27 governorates. Orders confirmed before 2pm Cairo time (Saturday–Thursday) leave the same day. Every package is insured, and the courier calls you before arriving.

14-day returns

Changed your mind? Return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Free pickup from your address: we send a courier
  • Refunds by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 3 business days of receipt
  • Items must be returned with included accessories
  • Please sign out of iCloud and disable Find My before returning

1-year warranty

Every MacBook and accessory is covered for 12 months against hardware defects under normal use, including batteries.

  • Free repair or like-for-like replacement
  • We cover shipping both ways
  • Extend to 3 years (EGP 4,999–9,999): ask our team after you order
  • Not covered: accidental damage, liquid damage
